Why Paul Kristopeit became Paul Kristy - December 25th, 2001 by David Kristopeit
When Paul Kristopeit moved to Omaha, his fellow workers could not remember his name and always called him Kristy. When Social Security began, he had already been Kristy for some time and just left it that way. This was before the time you needed all those lawyers and paperwork to change your name. My question for Uncle Paul if he was still alive would be - "Why not Rockefeller?"
